Project Scope:  

Provision of construction services from concept design all the way through to hand over for a brand new seed processing and storage facility in Shepparton. Facilities included storage/packing area, loading bays, offices, plant rooms and processing area.

As part of CPE’s management services, the team visited a Seed Force facility in New Zealand to better understand Seed Force’s requirements and tailer the development in Shepparton to provide the best client outcome. During construction, CPE covered a large trade base in house providing further value to the client.

Provision of construction services from concept design all the way through to hand over for a brand new fruit packing facility in Cobram. Facilities included storage/packing area, loading docks, offices, plant rooms and cool room storage.

CPE worked successfully with Legacy to deliver an end-to-end solution managing the complete construction cycle and completing a lot of the construction work in house. This provided great value for Legacy and removed a lot of difficult interfaces between trades. Recent extensions have also been completed at the facility due to its ongoing success.
