CPE Constructed a 2150sqm Bus Coach storage Shed and Double Story Office
Building facility.

CPE was engaged to construct the full project including detailed concrete footings, structural steel fabrication/erection, Wall/roof cladding, Internal/external doors, commercial windows, precast concrete panel perimeter walls, Askin Fireproof Colorbond feature panels, awnings, feature blade columns.
     
CPE also engaged sub-contractors to supply/install an elevator lift, feature gas double sided fire place, Ceaser stone hearths, kitchen/joinery, tile and carpet flooring, plasterboard/painting, supply/install retention water tanks along with sealed storm water system, provide all internal/external concrete pavement, spoon drains and storm water pit. Supply and install fire service to meet CFA requirements

Project Scope:  

Australia’s tunneling infrastructure is positioned to boom in the coming decades under significant government investment. To To skill up thousands of future Australian tunnel workers, CPE was awarded the D&C contract to engineer and build 2x replica tunnels. The two structures were to replicate a metro style TBM built rail tunnel and a road header built mined tunnel. Both replica structures will be used to simulate underground conditions where construction training can be performed. Structural steel underpinned both structures and enabled all of the critical tunnel elements to be brought together.

CPE was also awarded structural steel for the surrounding building and the support structure and erection of a TBM cutting head which was purchased specifically for the training facility.

Project Scope: 

CPE Constructed a 3000sqm storage shed facility with a 750sqm side awning and a 150sqm single story office building facility
CPE was engaged to project manage the full build along with sub trades from detailed planning, storm water design, earth works, concrete footings, floors, structural steel fabrication and erection. Wall and roof cladding, fire service, internal and external doors, shop front windows, dado precast concrete panel perimeter walls, 

Project Scope:  

Structural Steel and Roofing works for site wide upgrades to increase patient capacity at the Goulbourn Valley Health Hospital in Shepparton. Upgrades included extensions to the Central Energy Plant, Dialysis and Emergency Departments. A brand new 5 storey Intensive Care Unit was also constructed.

CPE coordinated successfully with Lend Lease to upgrade and construct new facilities while the existing hospital was still running. CPE assisted with design/constructability issues to help minimise the impact on departments still operating throughout construction. CPE’s multi trade coverage proved beneficial often delivering design, erection, and certification services where constructability and programming was difficult.
