Project Value: $4.8 Million

Project Scope:  

Supply and installation of structural steel, roof/wall cladding and louvres for 2x towers 1 @ 36m high, 1 @ 32m high. Due to height of towers this necessitated the development of lifting technique for wall sheets to ensure that sheets could not be dropped during the installation process whilst still ensuring they could be installed efficiently.

Due to the size of processing equipment within the structures CPE need to work closely with the other trades onsite to ensure that no element was going to be built out prior to commencing the floor above.

Project Scope:  

Supply an installation of 8,000m2 of roof, wall and soffit sheeting for factory expansion project. Due to the tight programming required this included advising on design solutions and numerous works being added to scope. In addition to sheeting on the new buildings CPE also sheeted extension to existing building, replaced existing roofing using temporary roof safety equipment and supplied and installed multiple sheds across the site.

Scope of project continued to evolve/increase over 2 years based on the ability of CPE to perform high quality work across multiple disciplines and meet our Clients’ expectations.
